KNIFE FIGHT CLUB

The ultimate cooking duel. This brand new TV show was a huge challenge for us participants. My competition with the great chef Mario Lohninger was tough but warm. If you missed the show, you can watch it again here.

THE TASTE

THE TASTE. What a great TV show in which the famous and great cooks Cornelia Poletto, Frank Rosin, Alexander Herrmann, and Roland Trettl support the participants as a coach to cook the “perfect dish” and serve it on a spoon. I was allowed to be a guest judge in one episode.

KITCHEN IMPOSSIBLE

The German TV Show that won the German TV Award and I am in the middle of it. Challenging the famous Tim Mälzer on his own show was a huge challenge. Cooking in Tokyo, Cadzand, at home and in Spain was great fun and had many surprises in store for us. But see for yourself. HERE WATCH THE ENTIRE EPISODE.

THE TASTE - CHRISTMAS SPECIAL

The Christmas special of the cooking show on Sat1. Four coaches, each of them a master of their field. Eight former candidates from previous programs competed against each other. That was the forerunner of this show. The task: All cooks should cook a three-course Christmas menu that was tasted by guest judges Lea Linster and myself. Excitement guaranteed. The profit serves a charitable cause. Missed the episode? No problem:

READY TO BEEF

Tim Mälzer & Tim Raue invited our team from Werneckhof by Geisel to the brand new show “Ready to beef”! Of course we faced the duel against the boys from the TISK dining pub (Berlin). You can see how this ended on Friday, November 22, 2019 at 8:15 p.m. at VOX. So make a note of the appointment and keep your fingers crossed! More information about the program and all broadcast dates can be found here.

WINE FRIENDS WINE CHEFS

In the web series “Wine Chefs” I was allowed to travel to Italy in idyllic Verona. Andrea Sartori, who today leads one of the last family-run producers in the Verona region with the Sartori wine house, presented his wonderful Amarone della Valpolicella 2013. My job was to create a matching dish from regional ingredients.
